Two years ago today I went to the Henry Rohlsen International Airport here on St. Croix and met the plane Tori, Max and Janet were on. I'd arrived the day before with Kate, Alex, Millie and a very pissed off cat. So today marks the two year anniversary of the start of our adventure.
No regrets. None.

About us
In 2008 the Baur Family pulled up stakes and moved from Oregon to the Caribbean. Four years later they were on the move again, this time to New Orleans. This blog follows their adventures on their peripatetic lifestyle. We are: John "Ol' Chumbucket" Baur, Tori "Mad Sally" Baur, kids Kate, Millie and Max. He, his partner in piracy, Mark Cap'n Slappy" Summers, and his wife Tori "Mad Sally" Baur, have appeared on national television, performed around the country, and just generally made public nuisances of themselves, as good pirates should.
